- Successfully complete all required coursework and examinations
- Clear all outstanding tuition fees and financial obligations
- Return all borrowed library materials and equipment
- No pending disciplinary or academic integrity issues
- Submit final project or thesis (where applicable)
- Complete graduation application form by deadline

- Graduation Package Includes: Academic gown, mortarboard, certificate presentation, photography
- Total Fee: Contact administration for current rates
- Payment Method: Bank transfer to official school account with receipt submission

- Collect your academic gown from the Administration Block
- Collection Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Required Documents: Student ID, payment receipt, graduation clearance form
- Return Deadline: Within 48 hours after ceremony
- Dress Code: Formal business attire required under gown
- Late Return Fee: Additional charges apply for delayed returns

- Each graduate is allocated 2 complimentary guest tickets
- Additional tickets may be available for purchase (subject to venue capacity)
- Guest tickets distributed during gown collection
- Guests must be seated 30 minutes before ceremony begins
