How to Apply

Application Deadline

Applications are accepted year-round, but we recommend applying at least 2 weeks before the semester begins to ensure proper processing.

Choose Your Program: Browse our diploma, certificate, and short course offerings. Consider your career goals and academic background when making your selection.
Prepare Required Documents: Gather your national ID, academic certificates (certified copies), passport photos (2), recommendation letters, and any relevant work experience certificates.
Submit Your Application: Apply online through our portal or visit our admissions office during business hours (Mon-Fri: 8AM-5PM, Sat: 8AM-1PM).
Pay Application Fee: Submit the non-refundable application fee of UGX 50,000 via mobile money, bank transfer, or cash payment at our office.
Await Confirmation: Our admissions team will review your application within 3-5 business days and send confirmation via SMS and email.
Complete Enrollment: Once accepted, complete your registration by paying the first semester fees and attending orientation.

Certificate Programmes

Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) or equivalent
Minimum of 5 passes including English and Mathematics
Age requirement: 17 years and above
Basic computer literacy (preferred)

Relevant certificate from recognized institution (alternative)

International applicants must provide equivalent qualifications recognized by the Uganda National Council for Higher Education (UNCHE) and valid immigration documents.

Includes tuition, library access, and basic lab usage

Diploma Programs

UGX 800K - 1.2M

Includes tuition, advanced lab access, and project supervision

Short Courses

UGX 300K - 900K

Complete course fee including materials and certification

Additional Fees

Registration: UGX 100,000 (one-time) | Student ID: UGX 25,000 | Graduation: UGX 200,000 | Late payment penalty: 5% per month

Scholarship Opportunities

Merit-Based Scholarships

Up to 50% tuition reduction for outstanding academic performance. Minimum GPA of 3.5 required and maintained throughout the program.

Need-Based Scholarships

Financial assistance for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Requires documentation of family income and recommendation letters.

Donor-Funded Scholarships

Special scholarships sponsored by our industry partners and alumni. Available for specific programs and career tracks.

Work-Study Programs
