Abudul Bast is the elected Guild President of Monaco Institute of Business & Computer Science, serving as the official representative of the entire student body. In this role, he leads the Student Guild Council, advocates for student rights and welfare, and acts as the primary link between students and institutional management.

Dr. Adam Hirschfield is the Founder and Chairman of Monaco Institute of Business & Computer Science. As Chairman of the Board, he provides the visionary leadership and long-term strategic direction that has shaped the Institute's growth and academic standing since its founding.

Mr. Fred Keays serves as Managing Director on Monaco Institute's Board of Directors, overseeing institutional operations and business strategy. He works closely with the Board and senior leadership to drive Monaco's performance, sustainability, and long-term development.

Mrs. Kukunda Grace Hirschfield sits on Monaco Institute's Board of Directors and also serves as institutional Director, providing both governance oversight and hands-on leadership that ensures the Institute's continued growth, excellence, and compliance with national education standards.

Mr. Gwaivu Robert serves as Principal of Monaco Institute, leading academic operations, staff management, and the institution's overall vision. He oversees day-to-day running of the institute, coordinates all departments, and ensures Monaco's programmes meet national higher education standards while delivering measurable outcomes for students.

Ms. Najjegwe Aminah is Monaco Institute's Academic Registrar, responsible for the integrity and management of all academic records, student progression tracking, examination coordination, and enrolment processes. She works closely with the Principal and department heads to ensure all academic processes run smoothly and meet regulatory requirements.

Mr. Kasule Drake Kibuuka serves as Director Finance at Monaco Institute, overseeing all financial management, budgeting, expenditure control, and fiscal reporting. He ensures transparent and responsible management of institutional finances, supporting Monaco's sustainability while maintaining accountability to all stakeholders.

Mr. Mathew Mathias Munduni serves as Monaco Institute's Public Relations Officer and Dean, managing external communications, institutional branding, and stakeholder engagement. He is Monaco's primary voice to the public — ensuring parents, students, and partners receive accurate, timely, and professional communication.

Ms. Namutebi Juliana is Monaco's Dean of Students, responsible for student welfare, discipline, counselling, co-curricular activities, and guild coordination. She is often the first person students turn to when facing personal challenges, ensuring Monaco's student experience is supportive, inclusive, and fulfilling beyond the classroom.

Mr. Tebandeke Abubakari heads Monaco's Department of Science & Technology, overseeing all ICT, computer science, and TVET programmes. He leads a team of engineers and technical lecturers, manages curriculum delivery, and ensures DST graduates are equipped with skills demanded by Uganda's technology sector.

Mr. Nyawaka Wilson leads Monaco's Department of Business & Humanities, overseeing business, commerce, and humanities programmes. He maintains strong industry ties, drives curriculum relevance, and mentors students pursuing careers in business, public administration, and the social sciences.

Mr. Ssenteza Henry leads the MIBCS Cisco Networking Academy at Monaco, directing all CISCO certification programmes including CCNA and related networking courses. He manages the Cisco Academy relationship with Cisco Systems and ensures students receive industry-recognised, globally-relevant networking and cybersecurity education.

Dr. Kiguli Eric Juuko is a distinguished academic in Monaco's Department of Business & Humanities, holding doctoral qualifications and serving on the institution's academic council. His research background enriches the classroom experience, bringing evidence-based teaching and high academic rigour to Monaco's business programmes.

Mr. Walwasa Andrew is an experienced lecturer in Monaco's Department of Business & Humanities and a member of the institutional academic council. He brings practical business experience to the classroom and plays an active role in curriculum review, quality assurance, and academic governance at Monaco Institute.

Mr. Ssozi Nathan is a CISCO-certified instructor within Monaco's Department of Science & Technology. He delivers CISCO networking training under the MIBCS Cisco Academy, equipping students with globally-recognised networking certifications and practical skills in network configuration, security, and administration.

Eng. Lugasera Derick is a qualified engineer and lecturer in Monaco's Department of Science & Technology. He delivers technical courses with a strong emphasis on practical application, bridging the gap between theory and real-world engineering challenges for DST students.

Eng. Kutosi Denis is a technical lecturer in Monaco's Department of Science & Technology. With an engineering background, he equips students with the theoretical foundations and hands-on skills needed to excel in technical fields and become employment-ready upon graduation.

Eng. Kyala David delivers Technical and Vocational Education & Training at Monaco Institute, equipping students with hands-on vocational skills for direct employment. His engineering expertise ensures TVET students gain both technical knowledge and practical competencies that employers across Uganda demand.

Eng. Makubuya Vicent is a TVET lecturer at Monaco Institute, providing vocational and technical education that gives students practical, job-ready skills. His sessions combine theory with extensive practical work, ensuring every student can confidently apply learning in real workplace environments.

Eng. Luswabi David teaches in Monaco's TVET stream, delivering technical and vocational courses that prepare students for direct employment. His practical approach ensures students develop the hands-on competencies that employers across Uganda's technical industries are actively seeking.

Ms. Bakyazi Hariet is a dedicated lecturer in Monaco's Department of Business & Humanities. Known for her engaging, student-centred teaching style, she delivers business and humanities content that connects academic learning to real-world applications, helping students develop both knowledge and workplace confidence.

Mr. Kisalala Peter teaches business and humanities subjects at Monaco, known for clear, methodical explanations and a commitment to strong student mentorship. He ensures every student understands and can confidently apply what they learn in class to real-world situations.

Mr. Kigozi Hussein Ssebaggala is a junior lecturer in Monaco's Department of Science & Technology. He brings fresh energy to technical education, supporting students in lab sessions and tutorials. His close connection to students makes him a relatable and approachable academic resource within the DST department.

Mr. Jjunju Denis is a committed member of Monaco Institute's academic teaching staff, contributing to the delivery of quality education and supporting students in achieving their academic goals across Monaco's programmes.

Mr. Taremwa Brian serves as Secretary at Monaco Institute, managing institutional correspondence, documentation, and administrative coordination. His role is pivotal in ensuring smooth communication between departments, management, and external stakeholders.

Mr. Omale Isaac Williams is a Programmes Administrator for Monaco's Department of Science & Technology. He manages student records, class timetables, examination scheduling, and day-to-day administrative coordination for DST students and staff.

Mr. Obbo Daniel provides administrative support to Monaco's Department of Science & Technology, handling student services, programme coordination, and departmental documentation. He works alongside fellow DST administrators to ensure students receive timely, accurate support throughout their academic journey.

Mrs. Nabuuma Stellah Mutumba administers programmes for Monaco's Department of Business & Humanities. She manages student records, class scheduling, and academic coordination for DBH students, working diligently to ensure the department's administrative operations support the highest quality learning environment.

Mr. Akakigonza Noah provides administrative support for Monaco's Department of Business & Humanities, assisting with programme coordination, student affairs, and departmental operations. He works closely with the HOD and fellow DBH administrators to maintain efficient, student-centred administrative services.
